We would like to connect our PAZAPA staff and children with psychological trauma specialists. Ideally we would like to find people who could travel to Haiti soon, and care providers must speak Haitian Kreyol. Please email suem@siloe.org if you have any leads.

We have sent this post in to Pazapa also by email:
Hello – we have been trying to contact you by email and I have seen your Jan 19 blog post regarding assistance with psychological trauma. Below is an earlier email we sent to Pazapa with some links and background info on our organization. We have volunteer art therapists and others willing to travel immediately to Haiti to help out with psychosocial relief efforts. Additionally we are joining with a partner organization, Sangha from Miami, that we collaborated with in post-tsunami India with a multi-specialty rehabilitation team – physicians, nurses and specialists in art therapy, physical therapy, hearing and vision specialists…working with a disabled children population very similar to Pazapa’s . We welcome the opportunity to discuss joint planning and cooperation with you.
I can be reached anytime at:

Best wishes,
